I want to use my mobile as a wifi adapter on my WINDOWS PC

I research on internet "how to use my mobile as a wifi adapter"
I have readed only one and only pne answer
"just turn of ur mobile data and then u connect ur android to ur wifi router and then tether ur phone as USB TETHER THAN UR GET A INTERNET. ACCESS on pc "

I dont need like that ...

I dont have a usb wifi adapter so i need to use my mobile as a wifi adapter on my pc JUST LIKE WIFI ADAPTER
