Third N910T replacement; something stealing app focus

I'm about to receive my third warranty replacement for the numerous problems I had with my Note4. Most of the problems are fixable (camera, GPS, etc), but one problem is bad and I don't see a simple solution.

Something seems to be intermittently stealing the focus from my app (I believe). So, if I'm watching YouTube, it randomly pauses because it thinks I've switched apps. If I'm recording video, it randomly stops, because it thinks I've switched apps. If I'm playing a video game, it pauses while I'm playing until 'I return'. If I go to the app-switcher, sometimes it closes randomly before I select which running app to switch to.

I actually bought a new SD card (64GB wasn't really doing it for me, anymore, anyways) but the problem persists. The phone does seem better behaved before all my apps repopulate (although there's not much to do on the phone before the apps are back), so I suspect it's an app, but I haven't heard anything about this sort of problem on any website or forum.

Lastly, the problem may have started around the time of the StageFright patch in August, but a lot of apps also updated around that time.

I'm stock without root (maybe in the future), although I always disable T-Mobile bloatware like DT_Ignite. Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think i did something stupid.
I want to sell my moto x and therefore i tried to relock it.
Somehow i was a little drunk and flashed 4.4.4 on my moto with 5.1.1. Unfortunately i used some instructions which also included flashing gpt.bin. During the process i realized that this might be a bad thing. Now all i can boot is TWRP.

Any hint how to get a proper Lollipop running on the phone to sell it?

Can´t find any 5.1.1 gpt.bin and the other files needed to flash with fastboot...

swap internal memory with sdcard or something on cm 12.1?

Im on D620 with last stable build of cm21.1 by nikita!
is there any solution for internal memory? or by any change your app data like whatsapp, fb, soundcloud can b placed on sd?

I heard that supersu was sold so I was wondering if there was another root app that should be downloaded instead.

Looking for something similar to otterbox symmetry

Like the title says, I am looking for a case that is very similar to the OtterBox symmetry. Apparently, otterbox not making one for this. At least not yet. I like the feel of that case and I like the rubber around the edges. Looking for something that is all black. Have one on an iPhone and love it. Had one on my note 4 and loved it. Any ideas what the closest case may be?

Kind of hard for my old eyes to tell from the pictures on Amazon.com
