Asking for the solution to the internal storage problem😑

I have a problem with my Xiao Mi (HM NOTE 1S CMCC).

I can't uninstall the apps that I have installed and the system apps too.whenever I unstalled the apps ,it didn't work.

I got my phone rooted already.I think I would be the internal storage read-write permission problem.I have tried a lot of SD-fix apps,but it didn't work

Even thought,it also can't data reset or wipe the ROM from the recovery that It would show you "Failed".

Could you guys have any ideas on it?Thanks a lot!:)

Locked out. Phone asking for google password

A guy i know has an s6 edge +. He told me that even after hard reset, it still asks him for his google password, which he does not remember because when he setup the phone, he did it with a new gmail.
So, now that he is locked out, is the only solution to flash the stock firmware through odin? If yes, where can i find stock firmware for s6+? Is it the same as s6 firmware?
