[Zachary][10/11]Big Update! Flyme OS 4.5.3.1 based on 5.1.1

Hello Everybody. I'm back!
This time, I updated the FlymeOS to the latest source which is 4.5.3.1. The big news is that, ITS BASED ON ANDROID 5.1.1!!!:laugh:

LOG:
1: Updated Flyme to 4.5.3.1

3: dynamic blur on lock screen
