XT1541 dont work in my country

Hello everyone,

I bought a Moto G III 2015 xt1541 model but doesnt work in my country :/

I need to change to a xt1540 bands

XT1541: GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850, 900, 1800, 1900 - UMTS/HSPA+: 900, 2100 - LTE: B1 (2100), B3 (1800), B7 (2600), B8 (900), B20 (800)
XT1540: GSM/GPRS/EDGE: 850, 900, 1800, 1900 - UMTS/HSPA+: 850, 1700/AWS, 1900, 2100 - LTE: B2 (1900), B4 (1700), B5 (850), B7 (2600), B17 (700)

How i can convert or change base bands of xt1541 to xt1540...?
