Wifi button doesent toggle

Hi,

Im using Zenfone 2 - 4GB - 32 GB
after the latest system updates i have few issues
wifi button doesn't toggle & wifi settings screen shows "turning on wifi"
phone reboots on screen lock
I have tried factory reset, downgraded the version, wiping cache partition but nothing working..
plzz.. help....

PS: while searching on net, i noticed many android users (no only zenfone) are having this problem and they all have taken system updates.
