Weird Popup Ad On Lock Screen All Of A Sudden

I haven't used PowerAmp in over a month and just used it today and all of a sudden I'm getting these weird popup ads for pet food with chinese letters on it....anyone else getting these?
Also using CM Locker for the lock screen but this hasn't happened until I started using PowerAmp again...the app is paid & licensed from the Google Play store, not a patched or cracked app...
