Stock Lg g3 Notification problem

Hi，

I have a stock rooted lg g3 running v20u
I m facing a strange problem

In notifications i can see icon for notification but when i pull down ， i cant see them

As there is icon for 3 notifications in status bar

But notification panel is empty， there is a clear button also but i cant clear them and button stays


I have to reboot my phone to see them and clear them

Help plz...
