Root without unlock bootloader or changing recovery or flash a non official rom?

Hi everyone,

It is possible to root the LG G Watch R without unlock the bootloader and/or change the recovery and/or flash a non official rom?

I can use adb but do not want to do anything like unlock bootloader, change recovery or flash non official rom because I think that's going to avoid me to receive OTA updates or can void the smartwatch warranty.
