Downloaded 5.10.9 from Xiaomi servers OTA
Took a couple of hours but succeeded first try.
Seems to be better battery although might be too soon to say.
I preferred previous ROM transitions, find the new ones too fast (yes too fast :) )
Haven't noticed other things, no problems.
