Samsung Galaxy Core Prime
Virgin Mobile
SM-G360P G360PVPU2AOH1
I have found a way to root this version of the device. Easy as pie.
1. Factory Reset your device.
2. After reboot, Power OFF device.
3. Boot into Download Mode
HOLD VOL ( - ) & POWER & HOME BUTTON
RELEASE HOME BUTTON when letters appear
PRESS VOL (+ ) to ACCEPT TERMS
4. Flash the CF-AUTO-ROOT.tar.md5 using the ODIN that is provided.
5. Reboot and let CF do it's thing (my device restarted maybe 3x)
When phone finally boots, you should be fully ROOTED. I updated SU, and installed a few Apps that require ROOT and everything is smooth. No Force Close, nothing.
Odin + CF-Auto-ROot:

If you need to completely reflash your device the 1GB+ file for ODIN is available.
Google is your friend.
Is there a working Custom Recovery for these? I believe the recovery is the same across all the variants,
here is one from the G360PVPU2AOH1 SM-G360P Model:

Hope this helps someone, I am attempting a TWRP 2.8.0.1 build for this, although I am not sure I know what I am doing.
