[question] Big Problem In HD7 -- need help

hi Xda Forum...

sry for my question about Hd7 (old phone)
at the first ..sry for my bad english speak...
and sry if i send a post in bad section
but i need help...

I have a HTc Hd7 wp7...
after very problem...

i had a bad mistake :(

i use HSPL tools and updated my phone to OSPL ..

again use RSPL ..and when i use Custom rom...or any Rom..
upgrade process stay at 99%

and i still w8..but don't continue :( //

i disconnected the cable and use HSPL tool...
again i try used Custom ROm but again stay at %99
