question about extended batteries

Hey guys, i have a question, as i play in a band we travel alot and sometimes we aren't home for two to three days and i use my phone alot, and i also need it sometimes for lyrics on stage, and im a bit fed up of charging my phone in bars/clubs before we get on the road again, and i looked abit around Acessories section and i found three extended batteries that caught my attention. These are: Hyperion 6000mAh, MPJ 6000 mAh, and Mugen 6000mAh batteries. Now i don't know the difference between these three, but i suppose the difference in battery life itself is not that much big. The problem is, when i look for it on ebay, i can't say wich are genuine and wich not. I've searched for all three of them and i see they are all around 30 bucks, wich is kinda cheap if you ask me(or is it not? The original 3000mAh is around 15 where i live). And the second Q i have is, are they generally safe? Can they ruin my phone or explode or something? Because i really love,LOVE my g3 and i'm really really scared of screwing it up, and i'm really not able to affort a new phone in some time. I need help guys, every link/word is helpful. Thanks :)
