Priority interruptions - Silent mode

Dear,

I got quiet some problems using the priority interruptions. Since i'm using the oneplus2 it's not working properly.
Before i got the oneplus2, i used the oneplus one without any problems.

I'm desperate looking for a solution to my problem.
When i slide my phone in to priority interruptions i want to become the following:

1. I only want to have the incoming phones from my starred contacts


2. I want my alarms loud (so i don't be late at work like i did the last weeks)


3. I want to mute the sounds from all other apps (like whatsapp, Facebook messenger,...)

So i made some screenshots of my settings as i think they are correctly set up! Problem is with these settings i keep getting the sounds of whatsapp and Facebook messenger (what quiet annoying is when somebody sends you a msg at 3 am...)

I'm hoping could help me with a solution!
