OTA update for GPE 5.1 LMY47O.H9 to H10 -- TWRP

Not sure why the original GPE 5.1 thread got closed, but anyway I've created a TWRP flashable update for the LMY47O.H9 to LMY47O.H10 OTA that recently became available.
