I've buyed a new Mate 7. Here in Germany you can buy buy online a product and send it back to the seller, if you don't like it. My Mate 7 was cheaper, because it's was a product, wich was send back to the seller.
My Problem is, that the Mate is stocking on boot. The Sound came but it needs about 5-10 secondes before the first Frame from the Bootscreen came. The next Frame came 5 secondes later. And so on ...
The Assistent on the first Start is not usable. I made a short Video with the issue:
I made also a FullWipe. But it doesn't help ...
Is the device broken?
