I have an unrooted Nexus 4 with stock 5.1.1.
I recently replaced its battery. The battery is the same as the original it replaced.
Since I replaced it, the new battery performance is actually worse than the old one. It was running down much quicker. I then put back the original battery but it too is now performing badly, worse than before.
At one stage it was at 50%. I rebooted the phone and when it started it back up the battery was at 2%. Plugged the charger in and it shot back up to 50%.
My question is, is there a battery stat that I need to reset on the phone after I replaced the battery?
