My Huawei y511-u30 delete my data on sd card!

Hi every one

I have rooted Huawei Y511 ,when I root my phone this problem is begin,I'm try by any sd cards but it is too, i'm tirerd Insomuch that I format sd card and recovery my data!

I tryed by any way :Install every costum rom ...formating...make partison...scan by any anti malware and antivirus ...

Please help me , i loss my data every time.
