[MOD][N4][M] Double Tap on Statusbar to Sleep Enabler for Android M

Hi guys, I've made a small mod to enable Double Tap on Statusbar to sleep for Android M.

It will update your SystemUI.apk and will be enabled automatically after you flash the mod.

ONLY FLASH THIS MOD ON AOSP ANDROID M
