Message status remains sending

Hi, having problems when sending messages to my service provider eg. Balance check. Message status remains 'sending'.

Am suspecting i have some invalid setting however not sure which. This used to work fine until recently and my service provider confirmed that set up from their end is enabled correctly.

Any help would be great!
