ok so ive gotten to second step in the process where I unplug usb power off phone and hold volume key and plug usb back in. it enrters download mode then the phone says it is doing a firmware update. its been over a half hour and the update is still at zero percent so I tried entering the next command to find which port I'm connected to but got the message that ports.bat is not recognized as an internal command. what is next step? wait or did I do something wrong? the first step worked fine. phone version is d850 running r21.any help is greatly appreciated. thank you
