How to install the tony stark ui by equi_design, It keeps disappear from homescreen.

Do anyone of you who install before the tony stark ui by equi_design knows how to install fully? I have ran into some trouble when try to install it by her tutorial instructions.
I cannot seem to get the icons and docks downloaded from dropbox to open the file but managed with a zip file opener. So I want to know if I left out some zip file and when I try to use the uccw app to install it with the adjustment of widget size and hotspot (is it free?) It just cannot be put properly in my samsung galaxy s4 properly with the widget taking a long time to load or just says the previous widget I have put in the homescreen cannot load when I put another widget.

I want to try to make something like this guy who posted on youtube with his stark phone theme and the transparent background alongside his jarvis voice assistant thing. ( banh bao utter voice commands galaxy note 2 jarvis iron man phone)
I will appreciate if you can help me out with this question with how to make the theme be exactly as the guy I stated above. I have ask the creator of that theme about it and she still have not answer me.
