my zenfone 2 have some problem such as:
1- can't uninstall any app , when trying to uninstall an application phone rebooted automatically and app still be there.
2- application permission manager not working,for example when i select not asking again for whatsapp to read contact every time i opened whatsapp that question still be there.
i trying to update my phone to new version but can't find any system update function in Settings>About
my software version:
According the above details i downloaded WW update from asus website but when trying to update just appear ERROR!!!
in recovery mode logs show:
Device image SKU: CN
OTA image SKU: WW
I guess I have wrong rom on my phone , please help me solve this problem.
if i download CN update from official asus website my phone will be ok?
