D410hn from stock to Cyanogenmod 12.1

Hi there,
I've been thinking about switch from stock LG V20a to Cyanogenmod 12.1 and would like to make sure that the procedure is what I guess it is. Could one of you guys confirm ?
My phone is a Brazilian L90 D410hn currently running LG stock V20a (Lollipop) and the expected procedure from my side is below:

1-) Root the phone. (It's already done)
2-) Unlock bootloader by flashing/uploading the right aboot.bin using adb.
Guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-l...r-l90-t2852917
Unlocked bootloader for D410hn with V20a/b: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...1&postcount=88
(Done)
3-) Flash TWRP for LG L90

(Done)

From this step on I'm not sure if I need to perform some other procedure, give your comments...

4-) Flash Kitkat Boot stack for D410hn from TWRP

5-) Right after flashing the bootstack (without reboot) - Install Cyanogenmod 12.1 from TWRP.

Is the steps above correct ?
Furthermore, Does KnockCode work properly with cyanogen ? Any other features missing for D410hn?
Thanks
