com.android.internal.telephony.data-reconnect.default?

wondering if anyone else is seeing this wakelock/alarm? I've had this phone for about a week, running the latest 5.1.1 slimrom with hydra kernel. In searching for it, couldn't really find any info on it. It only shows up when I have wifi on.

I'm averaging about 1 per minute.
