Hi to all! I recently purchased this great smartphone and I was really satisfied till two weeks ago. When I pressed the camera shortcut it entered the camera but it showed the error message which was - "Camera Failed". The only option it gave me was "OK" and it exited the camera. I tried for a few days to occasionally enter the camera and it almost always gave the same error message except one time when I tried in App manager the option to clear cache and data and force stop. Next step i tried factory reset and it helped instantly. I gradually started to install apps and when I got to third app which is Mbanking the camera crashed again. I'm really wondering what is the connection here? Few minutes ago I booted the S6 in safe mode and the camera worked! The front camera worked when the rear didn't! Is this software or hardware failure? Please help.:confused:
