Broken S4 clean ESN perfect condition S4 bad ESN. Can I make one working phone?

I bought an S4 with a bad ESN from someone a while back and now my S4 is damaged. Where is the IMEI stored on a phone? Can I switch a part to give the bad phone my IMEI?
