BQ Aquaris E5 FHD bootloap after installing custom recovery

i tried to install a custom recovery (philz) on my Bq Aquaris e5 FHD with mobile uncle
i regret it
im into a bootloap and theres no way to fix it because i cant get into the recovery


is there a way to fix it ?
