Hey guys,
My M7 seems to be stuck in a boot loop. When I start it I get the HTC logo, then the screen will turn off and it'll restart. I can still access fastboot. I can flash clockwork mod and boot to it with occasional success but I haven't gotten TWRP to work. I can access adb through clockwork though so maybe that can be useful. I've tried flashing the latest RUU and a couple older versions via fastboot; usually I can get the phone to boot for a couple of minutes and then it will restart and be back in the bootloop. I have s-off and the bootloader is unlocked currently. I've also tried flashing the RUU relocked, no success.
I have the AT&T 32GB version in black. Here's the fastboot getvar all response:
C:\fastboot>fastboot getvar all
(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.44.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 4A.17.3250.20
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main: 1.26.502.15
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-OFF
(bootloader) serialno:
(bootloader) imei:
(bootloader) meid: 00000000000000
(bootloader) product: m7_ul
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0712000
(bootloader) cidnum: CWS__001
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 3715mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT
getvar:all FAILED (status read failed (Too many links))
finished. total time: 0.062s
The last thing I tried to do is flash an old RUU that's why the software version is old. I starting having these problems when I was on version 7.23 I believe. If anyone has some ideas for me I'd appreciate it!
