bluetooth keyboard not sending Meta key to apps

i connected my bluetooth keyboard to my device.. and all keys work....
except Meta (command) key... when i press it opens.. Complete action with Nothing/search..... and doesnt send the keyevent to apps...

i checked keyboard scancode and qwerty.kl... there is no action associated with it.. so is the action baked in rom?
