Black screen & device descriptor request failed

Hi I formatted my whole phone including the bootloader with SP Flash Tool v5.1352.01.
Devices: Gionee Elife s5.5 (Prestigio grace PSP7557)

My phone will not turn on, and when I connect with pc, write error USB device not recognized.
