Battery issue

I've had my m9 since release week. Starting recently whenever my phone gets to 20% battery or so then phone straight dies and turns off. I plug it in and it shows 0% and charging.

No out of the ordinary apps. No root. S-on. I'm on Verizon. 5.1 OTA

Any ideas?
