Android's AutoExec equiv. (to launch a web site's Home page)?

So, on another Op Sys, an AutoExec file
- at the top of a cdROM'S file structure -
could be used to open an HTML page, to
display a list of that disk's contents, etc.

Is there an Android-specific counterpart,
preferably, one that works across all
versions of Android?
