Spyphotos shows the new uleFone’s 2K Helio P10 flagship



uleFone is again announcing a new smartphone. Here the first spy photos of their new upcoming flagship. The flagship will be an all-metal device, running on the MTK6755 (Helio P10) chipset and will feature are 2K display.

The display will not be below 5.5-inch, otherwise the use of the 2K resolution will miss it’s point. The front shows that the hardware keys for home, menu and back will be replaced with on-screen virtual keys. When we look at the design, the battery will probably not be removable. On the rear side we can see a fingerprint ID scanner and dual LED flash.

If we look at the competition, I believe that the new Ulefone will come with at least 4GB RAM / 32GB ROM.....

[Q] Pull data from internal when bootloop (LG L5 II Dual)

Hey guys, maybe anyone can help me with this situation,

I've a female friend with her LG L5 II Dual (E455) suddenly her phone got stuck in a bootloop and she want to recover most of her data from internal storage. The thing is the data which is she want recover is contacts and WhatsApp conversation also some of documents. About the contacts, she didn't activate the Sync for Google Account caused the phone get lag or something (you know..).

So to the point, is there anyway I can pull the data from internal storage before flashing the firmware..?

I've known about recovery bootloader, but after reading some thread in this sub-forum, as I know the button combination will enter the recovery state and recover immidiately without any options given, am I right..? CMIIW

Any additional information you need, just let me know..

Dual window anyone?

Man it's getting so annoying looking at ove4 10 icon packs in my dual window list and I dug into one's manifest and found its just a few lines in the meta data that give the packs permission without root. I found a test apk on here where someone make an apk that opens perfectly in DW without root and apparently he disappeared on the project. But I'm thinking a kinda "adapter" app could easily be made to slip any other app into DW without rooting which sooo many owners would love considering almost every variant has an unsociable BL with no real recovery and only a very precise root requiring some skills or just balls to try. Or if there's a way to slip those lines of code into an apps manifest and it still function could work I guess too. Anyway if there's anyone with some Dev skills willing to look into this alot of g4 owners will be tickled I know I see so many people disappointed with only a handful of stock apps usable.

This error is I've got when trying RUU : ERROR [132]: SIGNARURE ERROR. The ROM Update Utility cannot update your Android phone. Please get the correct ROM Update Utility and try again.

Is there any solution other than S-OFF-ing first ?

Need a custom recovery for HTC Desire 620 dual sim (NOT 620g)

Need someone to help me make either a twrp/cwm recovery for my device.

I recently came into the possession of a HTC Desire 620G Dual Sim (it was my father's) Android 4.4.2, Kernel 3.4.67, Chipset Mediatek MT6592 (Online is liste as android 4.4.4 but that is a lie). After days of searching the web and reading countless forums I came to the conclusion that this is a very unpopular and abandoned smartphone. I really want to change the android version on this phone, I know how to root, I learned from this forums. The only problem I have is that I can't find any android versions ported for this phone, I need anything newer than 4.4.2, I would like 4.4.4 or lollipop as i heard it runs better. I checked all custom androids none has support for this device, I cant even find this phone on the clockworkmod and TWRP list of devices. What do I do now? If I can't even install a custom recovery on this phone? So to sum this up, I need a custom recovery mode for this phone and a ported android version newer than 4.4.2. I would appreciate any help.

Dual camera won't focus, makes crackling sound (water damage?)

Last Tuesday my phone got wet while on a bicycle ride where it started to rain. The phone got wet enough that it started to randomly jump to different screens. I turned it off and put it in my pocket. Once I got home and dried the phone it seemed fine, and in fact the next day used the dual cameras to take a pic with no problem. There seems to be no water damge indicator in the dual flash.

Today tried to take a picture using the dual cameras and immediately got this crackling sound and the cameras wouldn't focus. I've done a search and couldn't find this exact problem elsewhere. The best way to understand what the cameras are doing is to show a video taken with them:

You can both see the inability of the cameras to focus and hear the crackling sound they make while trying to focus.

If I shift to the front facing camera it works just fine.

What to do? are the dual cameras kaput? :(

He is the long awaited (not sure if anyone did) Xperia port from the Sony C5 Ultra Dual. It took me a long time to research, and i did spend a lot of sleepless nights in identifying the libs .
I had to remove the sony camera bits, it just is annoying and doesn't work correctly. Its a TWRP backup. If you like it please click thanks.

New to HD2 - Bought one with a NAND install of CM 11, want to dual boot 6.5 and 7...

I am wondering if I should just put it back to stock with the RUU or start from where it is. I was told it is a NAND install of 4.1.2 (CM). I want to be able to dual boot Windows Phone 7 and 6.5. What should I do with it? I got this phone purely to play with it. I have several android devices already so having android on it isn't that appealing.

E6533 Dual Lagging and restarting itself & wifi lag

In the past couple of days for no reason my phone when ringing to receive a call will freeze and restart itself, hence, missing the call, I can see the caller ID but no luck answering, upon restarted the call will not be on the call log. It doesn't matter if phone is idle or using an app, any app. I've lost a couple of important calls today. Happens on both lines.

Has anybody had this happened? I'm thinking of a factory restore, but will accept any suggestions before doing so.

Also, when leaving a wi-fi connection, ie: driving away from home, it takes about 3 or 4 minutes lagging, and then it will function normally, what I have to do now is shut wifi off prior to leaving the house or the office, untill I get to a new spot, but sometimes I forget to turn it back on and my plan is running, any ideas?

Both issues I don´t think are related.

I'm on Android 5.02, build 28.0.A.8.251, haven´t done any rooting, just like it came out of the box.
