Desire X Partitions

I am not a newbie user of your forums but it's my first thread. Usually I am a read-only user. I have to congratulate to all the people that makes this site a wonderful place :victory:

I have a question for the Oracle... :confused:

I wonder if there's any possibility of modifying partition's table of Desire X by removing the unused (at least for me) 1gb internal SD partition to increase ext partition and so the space for apps

May be I am trying to reinvent the wheel, I don't know... :p

Htc desire 626s Stock ROM

Hi, recently I owned my HTC desire 626s but when I was unlocking bootloader and rooting accidentally I broke the system :( and now sends failure messages all time. could someone make a clean rom stock backup and upload it for flash it?

how to rest stock rom for htc desire 620 G

i traied to instal lollipop rom to my htc desire 620 G so i has rooted my phone and maked cwm my recovery and then i has wiped cache and data and dalvik cache and i flashed the rom then i wanted to reboot my device this is when my phone started reeboting itself and now i wnat to flash stock rom
i have tried using sp flash tool but it cant find my device please help me

Desire 616 stuck in boot loop. Flashing possible?

Have a HTC Desire 616 stuck on boot loop. I can access boot menu and it gives me three options:

Recovery > If I select this it goes into boot loop
Normal > If I select this it goes into boot loop
Fastboot > Choosing this puts me in the fastboot prombt

My question is: I can only get a fastboot mode so is there a chance to re-flash a stock ROM onto this device? And if it is possible would you please direct me to a simple How-To?

auto rotate problem in htc desire 700

I have insalled custom rom in htc desire 700 but i have seen one problem of auto rotate screen which is rotating in opposite position n also the back camera in opposite position but the front camera is fine

Hello.
On request of few users, here below is attached latest version of TWRP recovery for Desire 820u
NOTE that it is ONLY for u version (Qualcomm), so will NOT WORK on any other.
Builded from stock HTC precompiled kernel and stock twrp sources with fresh setup for device tree and in the moment A52 device kernel headers as HTC wasn't release kernel sources at the moment.
Please, test if recovery boot and give me respond.

Desire 820Q... The UN"DESIRE"ABLES

Its disheartening to see that while Desire 820 is getting the updates and stuff, those who purchased Desire 820Q, which was released along with 820, are being left out. The twitter handle of HTC India never ever, and I mean NEVER EVER comments on updates. The official HTC twitter handle doesn't have any info either. I seriously feel like my Rs 21,000/- has gone down the drain. Time to find a new device. :mad: :crying:

Badly bricked htc desire 616

Few days ago i tried to hide my virtual buttons on my htc desire 616 of asia. Rebooted it , virtual button was not there so i tried get my buttons back because it was so hard for me to access my phone without those button. I somehow deleted my build.prop file and my phone wont start up, it stuck at boot logo. I didn't backuped my rom though and i went to htcdev site there i find the kernal source well i dont what that is but it's in the format of .tar.gz. please help me to get my stock rom back..plss

Hello, I have been searching for a rooting method that will work for At&t's Desire 626. I quite like the stock ROM and would enjoy backup security and debloating the ROM. Sadly, no root method I've tried has been successful. I've attempted iRoot app and program, Kingo Root app and program, King Root app, Towel Root app, and Towel Pie Root app.

Any clue?

I have HTC Desire C with broken screen and i would like to use it as a wifi router. I want to turn it on using app to control my phone from my PC, but first i have to enable USB debbuging in my phone settings which is difficult, beacouse, as I said, the screen is broken. Could any one post screenshots from Desire C settings (i need to know where the developer section is and which position in it is for enabling debugging)?
P.S. Sorry for my poor english, I'm still learning it ;)

My HTC Desire 610 after the stagefright patch (software version 1.31.401.4) have some issuses at the screen, it start flickering every mornig, after the night charge, than the screen become black with the only backight, the touch and the system cntinue working without trouble. Before the patch the smartphone work with no problems it start flickering when the upgrade is in the app adjustment phase (45 on 259). I do the factory reset but the problem remaing, if i turn off the device for 1 r 2 hours it start work.
How can i solve this problems? If I downgrade the software version (firmware?) i solve the problem?
