TWRP unable to mount cache

Hello,

I'm trying to preform a factory reset, however it always fails with TWRP unable to mount the cache. I'm running TWRP 2.7.1.0 and the Hyperdrive rom. The tablet is stuck booting now as well.

Does anyone know what might be the case?

I managed to install TWRP through SRKTOLLS2.1.
When I try to install a ROM ZIP file I'm having post:
unable to mount the Internal Storage, system, cache and data.
ADB interface device I manage to see the folders and system files.
*/ SDCARD is empty and there is no file.
/BOOT is empty and there is no file
/cache & /data folders contain folders in the name of lost + found,
/dev contains several directories,
/etc contains files: fstab, mtab, recovery.fstab and to more,
and the other system folders'
I can explorer them via TWRP file manager a and see the contents of folders, copy files or move files.

Link2SD Error: cannot mount SD card partition: with Night Owl CM12.1 on GT N-7000

I am using Night Owl([ROM][CM12.1][Lollipop][Android 5.1.1] NightOwl 20151003) on samsung galaxy Note GT N-7000.

I have partitioned my external SD card (16GB Class10) with AParted (11GB Fat32, 4GB ext2, 512MB Swap).
I was able to use this partition as my internal memory to install apps.
but after flashing this rom I am not able to mount the sencond partition.

Link2SD shows SD card 2nd part not found in the storage info.
When I try to recreate the mount script I get an error

Mount script error
Mount script can not be created
Mount: Invalid argument

Please suggest a way forward.

Hey Guys. Having some issues with device so sending it in. When I wipe the device in recovery it tells me E: failed to mount /preload (No such file or directory) Wondering if anyone else has seen this? I Odined back from a custom ROM. Any Ideas?

Car mount with fan?

Anybody know of any car mount/dock that had a built in fan or cooling of some sort that works well? My nexus 5 gets crazy hot and I charge/use waze and stream with it every day on my commute to work and I'm afraid with the 6p it will just be amplified.

[GUIDE] How to get Folder Mount working

Hi, for does who have a problem by Folder Mount app and moved big data to extern SD, please follow this steps to get it working.
1. Install App SELinuxModeChange (last version v3.2 - Root required)
2. Open app and choose mode : PERMISSIVE.
3. Open Folder Mount and move big data to ext SD successful:)
4. Be happy and have a lot of free internal SD memory:)

Unable to mount Ext sd partition in sm t230 tablet

I've got a Samsung Galaxy tab sm t230 and it has a small 8 gig internal memory so I want to use a micro sd to expand this by using something like mount 2sd.
Ive created a fat 32 and ext4 partition on a micro sd card using aparted, also tried doing this with mini partition tool, and both are 8 gig.

However I can't seem to mount the ext4 partition in order to use it in the mount2sd app.

When in twrp it doenst see the partition.

Its created as primary and I am using a custom rom.

Any thoughts on this or how I can use my micro sd to expand the internal memory space?

Mount as disk drive - internal storage

When I connect my phone to my PC and select USB connection type-> Disk Drive, the phone's internal storage shows up as a CD drive on the PC. The external SD card shows up correctly as a removable disk.

I have Googled and tried the suggestions I found to no avail.

Does anyone know how to make the internal storage show up on the PC as a removable drive?:fingers-crossed:
