Need help disabling MLT through accessing LG Hidden menu through dialpad (AT&T H950)
Hi, I need some help reaching the LG hidden menu on my stock 5.1.1 AT&T G Flex2 (H950) in order to disable the battery-draining MLT service. I've read through all of the related threads to this issue, trying the combinations below.
277634#*#
3845#*950#
Some of the threads have recommended using a shortcut creation app such as QuickShortcutMaker, Secure Settings, and Shortcut Master, which I have all tried but all seem to require rooting to access the hidden menu. I would have no problem paying the for the Shortcut Master pro, but I have no guarantee that it will allow me to launch the hidden menu shortcut. I doubt that it will, as other apps that allowed me to create homescreen shortcuts have failed to open it.
I have triedLauncherPro to create a hidden menu shortcut to the homescreen, but still have not had success in opening it.
Has anyone found an alternate code for the dialpad to access the hidden menu without root or custom PR rom? This is on AT&T 5.1.1 that I received OTA through gophone. If anyone could help me out regarding this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

can anyone tell me how to add menu choices to the list
when you push power button? I just got g3 on 2 Oct 2015 I upgraded from s4 mini (and I'm very happy with g3 over mini) except I would like to be able to control my ringer options in this menu like on s4 mini when you press power.

Hi ,

I need to configure de access Point Names for my country to access 4G .
have you the menu for those who have installed this rom or the problem only comes from my phone ?
Thank 's for your help

Menu and back buttons keep repeatedly pressing ...even in recovery mode
I recently flashed my GT-i9506 and installed CyanogenMod. After finishing, the back and menu buttons (more often the menu button) kept getting pressed with the backlight on and vibrations too without me touching them. The weird thing is that while I was trying to fix it by going to various recovery modes after constantly switching the problem happened there too. The screen was recently replaced but I don't recall this happening at all on the stock ROM after the repairment.
Here's what happened:
What I tried:
A temporary solution is to enable the on screen navbar, which disabled the hardware keys which were causing the problem. The keys still keep lighting up while the screen is on but they don't do anything.
Is there any way to restore the phone beyond recovery mode (which this seems to happen in too)? I'm pretty sure this isn't a hardware issue.
Here's what happened:
- I used Heimdall to flash TeamWin recovery but kept getting a common problem with PIT files while in download mode (can't post links because I'm a new user)
- I compiled SaburoJiro's Heimdall fork as suggested and that seemed to fix the issue. TeamWin recovery was flashed succesfully.
- I flashed the official CyanogenMod rom for gt-i9506 following the instructions on their wiki page. Everything seemed to work fine up until the point where the OS started up.
What I tried:
- Tried various recovery images including TeamWin and ClockworkMod Recovery. The problem happens on both.
- Used both Odin and Heimdall to flash.
- Factory resets and cache clearing

Galaxy S6, S6 Edge(+) Missing menu button SOLVED! (well an easy work around) =)
Here is the temp fix guys the problem is a lot of apps detect if there is a hardware menu button and omit showing the soft 3 dot button common in a lot of apps. The S5 has no dedicated menu button but it does have the long press home button option to launch the More options/Menu button, however out Galaxy S6 models do not have this option. BUT some apps still detect it and delete their in app button.
Here is the fix I figured out that works in this situation and it would be good to pass this on or write up a document.
Go to phone settings => Accessibility => Dexterity and interaction => Assistant Menu.
At the top right slide the off button to on to enable the Assistant menu icon on all screens. Then click on the Edit option. In the edit menu deselect all the buttons you do not need by hitting the red negative on the icons (-) in the upper part of the screen. (note it has two buttons that you cannot remove Home Screen, and Menu Settings) on the bottom half of the page hit the green plus sign (+) on the More Options button (It has 3 dots). (note there are lots of other buttons you can add)
Now on all screens is a little round button with 4 dots on it, it appears on all screens in all programs and is floating. There is the More options button now which is the software menu button we are missing =). You can just go back and disable Assistant menu afterward or like me leave this handy button on because I have multiple programs that do this.
Hope this helps guys Cheers! :good:

User menĂ¹
Hello everyone, I'm trying to create an application that allows a user host on my Galaxy S6 Edge, since Samsung has decided not to implement this feature on the device in question. Does anyone know if there is something? Thank you
