Data calls working?!

before anythin, THANX devs :fingers-crossed: fo bringing such a dedicated effort into existence for our pico :D ;) (cnt post in dev thread so ovr here :p )

downloading it now,. nd quite sure dis ROM wud b butter smooth, since cm11 based!!
but CM based ROMs do not handle data calls(whatsapp,hangouts,hike calls, etc.)correctly,
hav tried almost all custom CM ROMs but non supported data calls!!
just wonder if dis build will do or not,.
suggestions???!

Heads up notification for calls doesn't work

i'm currently in lollipop 5.0.2 build and i enabled call interruptions so that when i'm gaming i can decide whether to answer or end the call but this is not working eventhough i enabled in notifications

Can't make calls on VZW after switching back from Fi

I decided to give Project Fi a try after the word came down about Verizon raising the rates for unlimited data plans. Long story short, it's not for me. The coverage stinks in the areas I travel. Battery life took a big hit due to it having trouble finding and keeping a signal. I thought it would be better having looked at the TMo coverage maps. Anyway, that's a different topic.

I hadn't canceled my Verizon account so I put that SIM back in and it seems like I am connected to Verizon's network again. All the texts sent to that number came through once the phone was turned on with the VZW SIM back in. However, I can't make any calls. I get an operator error about being unable to complete the call. The Cellular Network Settings only has a roaming setting. Don't have the Enhanced VoLTE option and the other things I had prior to switching to Fi. Did the *#*#4636#*#* thing to try turning the radio off and on, turning on the VoLTE provisioning flag, rebooted, etc. No change in my ability to make calls. Anyone have any ideas what I need to do to get voice calls working again? If it matters, I am on 5.1.1 LMY48T.

Either LTE or calls on H950PR 5.1.1

I went from stock AT&T H950 5.0.1 to H950PR 5.1.1. I'm using T-Mobile.

I can no longer get an LTE connection. LTE Discovery shows EDGE only connections (less than 1mbps on speedtest.net).

If I go to the hidden menu and LTE band selection, I can choose Band 4 and get the SUCCESS message. Then I can get LTE speeds (6-87mpbs in this area). HOWEVER, any call I try to make hangs up immediately and I cannot receive any phone calls.

If I reboot, I'm back to where I started again. I can make calls, but I only get EDGE data.

Fix no caller screen for incoming & outgoing calls

The idea was to get rid most of the bloatwares right after get the phone rooted.

Please be caution! If you get your r7plus rooted on ColorOS, please do not delete Google Keep as this is the root cause of the issue.

You wont get caller screen for incoming & outgoing calls. No ringing tone at all untill you notice the missed call notification.

I don't know what's going on but after restored back under /system/priv-app then the issue resolved.

[q] Incoming calls not appearing on screen

I have the HTC One m8 and recently installed PA.

When an incoming call occurs, the answer screen does not appear, and I am unable to answer the phone without turning it off then on and playing with the status bar. This is very annoying. Is there a way to fix this?

[Problem] No incoming sound in calls

For some reason, it started happened a few weeks ago, that when I'm making or receiving a call, they can hear me, but I can't hear anything, and when it happens, I have to restart the phone for it to work. It's like the service making that work was closing itself. Sometimes that even happened while I was in a call, everything was fine, then for a moment I wasn't able to hear anything, and after 10 or 15 seconds I was able to hear again.

What kind of thing can cause that? Is it possible that an app or game or something uses so much ram that it closes such an important service down?

Quattro with Emergency Calls Only, Please help !

I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro (1 year old), which suddenly started showing "Emergency Calls Only" message with both SIM slots. No matter what SIM is used new or old or any provider it simply dont connect to netwrok. Other symptions are:

• Singal strength is good.


• Shows all available networks in manual search.


• IMEI is valid and not stolen or spoofed. imei info shows everything alright.


• In status shows Network = Unknown, Service State = Out of service

Things I have tried:

• Factory reset, hard reset from recovery, data wipe etc.


• CWM with custom roms like Trans-K and TransWin


• Rooted and changed CSC type from INS to INU


• Installed latest official firmware from SamMobile

But nothing helped till now. Please suggest what to do now. Service provide says problem is with your phone and SIM is perfectly fine works with other phones.

emergency calls only

Hi all,
sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, im new here!
I rooted my phone earlier today with LiquidSmooth rom 4.4.4 and since doing so ive lost all signals (wifi still works)
before rooting with that however, i tried another rom which i didnt like and it downgraded cwm to an earlier version and i think i may of messed about with the field test setting without realising.
ive got everything back up to scratch but im still without a signal and can only make emergency calls

can anyone help me out?

Cyanogen 11 Can't make calls (Samsung Galaxy S3 SGH-T999L T-Moblie)

I recently installed CyanogenMod 11 on my Galaxy S3 SGH-T999L for T-Mobile (d2mtr).
It won't let me make phone calls or send messages with it. As soon as I start a call, it immediately says "Call Ended". All of my texts fail to send.

I would like to find a way to fix this, or get an original Android 4.3 Firmware (d2mtr) to flash back on it (preferably the original Firmware).

Another option would to restore a backup I made, but when I try to restore it, it says "MD5 Mismatch". I have tried to find backup and delete the unnecessary MD5 files (like I was told to do on other forums), but my but my backup is hidden in the files by ROM Manager.

I need help quick!!! Thanks in advance!

CM12 G900FD no caller identification incoming calls

Hello everyone,

I have a problem which when I receive calls when the screen is unlocked, I can only see numbers and not the caller id.
When the screen is locked it shows both the caller id and the picture.
The call log shows all information.
Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Another question: Can I use the same incoming calls screen that used for the lockscreen when my screen is open? Meaning I want the popup and not the little banner.

hallo, I have Galaxy S4 I9500, i had Resurrection remix 5.0.1 Installed on my Galaxy S4, then I Wanted to switch to Aurora S6 PORT v2, after wiping & installing the new one i lost my Phone calling Option & data also, (Not Registerd on Network) Note that I Have my IMEI Installed Normaly & the right one, But i cant get it to work as a phone, i also want to know which modem should i install or which PDA because i cant Get my phone's PDA original numbers after installing custom rom (Am i right in this or its not changing with roms?! am noob sry :D) so yeah can someone help me please get my phone back ? :D

Route phone calls through USB headset?

I've been successful at routing both speaker and microphone audio through a USB headset on my OPO. In fact with Skype and 2 other VOIP applications it's just plug and play. It works with no special effort. But with regular phone calls, the phone completely ignores the USB headset.

Has anyone found a way to route phone calls through a USB headset?

Video audio records but no audio out during calls

Hey recently picked up another s6, (first one returned back in april or may) and the mic seems to be broken during calls. It works during videos and snapchat clear as day. Is there a separate mic for calls does anyone know? Anyone have this problem? I tried wiping, been on OI1 for a while and this just started happening a few days ago. Today I decided to try and do a fresh wipe, root and ramified with uni hoping the stock rom got corrupt but the problem still exists. Any input would be appreciated!

Fido S6 / S6 Edge Calls go to voicemail when on wifi after 5.1.1 update

I have an S6 Edge that just got the OTA yesterday for 5.1.1 on Fido. My girlfriend also has the S6 and updated to 5.1.1. We are both having issues where calls are going directly to voicemail. I've narrowed it down to this only happening when we are on wifi. I tried calling fido and they weren't much help. Anyone else experiencing this ?
