Hi looking for Schematic on Touch Panel Connector to troubleshoot hardware issue

If anyone has a schematic or better yet troubleshooting/service manual for XT875 would be greatly appreciated. My touch screen isn't working even after replacement and I think it has something to do with motherboard connection and need to check voltages/pin assignments. Any help very appreciated...I have had this phone for 4 years and hope to have it for another 4...

SM-G730W8 not able to play multi touch games.

When I try to play a game where you have to move and look around at the same time, the S3 mini (SM-G730W8) lags and the game's controls glitch. This is not the game's fault because I have been able to play the same games without any glitching on the S3 and the S5. Help would be appreciated.

Alcatel One Touch X'Pop BootLoop

My phone is bricked, it has a bootloop. It was when I installed an application to change the font and when I rebooted, stayed loading and so on. I have to use an external battery charger and the plug is broken. I have access to Recovery. You can not flash a zip to restore the original typeface?

problem weth touch screen

hi pls can you help me...i have problem with my touch screan..on hedden menu i pres upgrade touch,and now my touch device on tow parts.i touch down on the screen and risult up on the screen....what i can do pls.

c8j6 Touch screen insue

Hello everyone, i bought the teclast x98 (c8j6) I've rooted the tablet with no problem but everytime that i flash a custom rom my touchscreen stop working on android (kernel bug?) I've used many roms none seems to work everytime i got the same problem. The only way to make it working is flashing a boot.img but workss only on android 4.4 version. Any idea what is causing that?
Btw runing 2.02 bios

So i bricked my phone by installing twrp recovery and my phone now loops the one touch logo but wont start and i can't even enter in recovery mode power buton+volume up won't work is there a way to solve this problem from pc?

Replacing ZP999 TOUCH SCREEN

HI,

Due to the fact my touch screen is a total waste , i ordered a new one.

But i have a question :

Yesterday i managed to open and succesfully take apart the touchscreen.
But when i compare the new one i ordered and the original one i notice there are some stickers on the original and not on the new one.
Do i have to replace them all to the new screen or is it not necessary and can i just lay-in the new screen just by that ?
(ps : with the order do come some other adhesive 3M stickers to put around the edge of the basefront so the new screen will stick on it but these are not the stickers i am talking about)

can someone clear this out ?

Touch issus

I have touch issus on my Edge+. The Phone freezing and i can not start a app but i can scroll the page up or dow . With lockscreen on and off and all working. I have reflash the firmware but not help. I dont know is a touchscreen or kernel or cpu problem.

Problem with philz touch 6.07.9 recovery

Hi friends
I have rooted galaxy S5 (G900H) with android 5 and I want to install XtreStoLite_G900H_ROM in philz recovery
but when install zip from /sdcard I see a problem that says
E:can't mount /sdcard
E: unable to create brightness sys file!

I have been searching for a few days but I couldn't find a solation for Galaxy S5 (G900H)

please help me and Show me the easy ways that impossible

MI3 New touch screen bleeding at the bottom

I broke my touch screen and replaced touch screen at the authorized service center "TVS Electronics at Ashok Nagar Chennai" India on 22-Sep-015.

When I went home the phone did not turn ON but was heating at the back side top portion.

I went back to the service center and they reset the phone stating there was dust in the charging port. (What it has to with the switching off. I don't know) The issue came up again after a week. This time the service center kept the phone for observation and retuned it. They said they did not find any issue.

But I observed there are 6 led lights visible at the bottom of the phone. This is visible more in the white background. (I have enclosed a photo of this taken from another mobile)

I was told by the service center all MI3 phone comes with this type of bleeding because it is a low end phone. I am one did not notice this in the old screen. In the service center I checked one Redmi phone and it did not have this bleeding. Redmi is cheaper than MI3.

I would like to know whether this bleeding

1] is a normal phenomena of the phone
2] An occurrence happens with some of the touch screen. If so can I demand them to replace.
3] Whether the service center replaced the screen with local make instead of original MI3 screen

So mobile with defective touch

Hey guys, so it's a known issue that lg g2 to have dead zones on their touch with common region in the sim card area.

Thinking of ordering just the digitizer from alixpress for 5 bucks. But should I only replace the digitizer or lcd as well? The screen is perfect.

Got the phone used and was my stupidity I didn't check the touch on the touch.

Moto e dead spots on touch screen

Hey guys, a friend of mine give me his moto e cause he had soft bricked it. Reading through the forum I could reinstall the firmware (4.4.4 latam) and now it's working fine, but there are 5 spot in a vertical line that doesn't register my touches, these spots are aligned in the middle of the screen, one is at the y position of the keyboard, and the others are separated 1cm each other (1 is under the y and the other 3 are above). Could this be a software related problem or I just have to replace the touchscreen? (I've tried factory reset two times but I've not reflashed the firm again) thanks in advance and sorry about my English.

Touch problems when connected to a speaker

HI guys.
Got this issue yesterday.
I connected my OPT to my 2.1 speakers and played a song and suddenly the touch started giving problems.
Sometimes the touch works and sometimes it doesnt

I want to know if this issue is with me only or you guys have it too

Touch key (Softkey) firmware problem (How to DOWNGRADE Touch key firmware)

Hi all,

My phone hadn't received the official Lollipop update until 2 days ago. I had tried several cooked/customed ROMs before, so when I use the *#2663# code (after installing stock Lollipop) it appears like this:

Phone's Touch key FW version: 0x09
Part's Touch key FW version: 0x10 <= This is the problem, my [Back] key doesn't work at all, while when I touch the [Menu] key on the left side it opens the S Finder just as I am holding it. I suspect one of the cooked ROMs caused this problem.

When I tried reverting it back to KitKat (either stock or cooked), it became this:

Phone's Touch key FW version: 0x08 <= Changed to 0x08
Part's Touch key FW version: 0x10 <= It's still the same but the softkeys worked fine.

Another person's phone (same model), which works fine, has this instead:

Phone's Touch key FW version: 0x09
Part's Touch key FW version: 0x09 <= Same version as Phone's FW

I tried looking up for solutions from other XDA posts but they only instruct people to enter the *#2663# code and update Part's Touch key FW version to match with Phone's Touch key FW version because the latter was lower, but in my case it is higher than the former so I gets an error everytime I try to do that ("IC's F/W is higher than Bin's F/W").

So I am asking for a solution of how to downgrade Part's Touch key FW version, beside the method of flashing the original ROM that came out with the phone (I tried that... no luck :crying: ). Hope that someone can help. Thank you very much :laugh:

[Question]Force touch / Pressure touch on current Android Phones.

I just saw post claiming synaptics is going to bring force touch displays for Android... So I was just thinking about that, I came up with this.



All water proof phones(and some other phones) has a pressure sensor inside them.
For Xperia Z series phones you can test the pressure sensor from service menu. The harder you press, larger the pressure change.


So I was wondering, can we actually mod current androids to respond to abrupt - large pressure changes while touch position is taken into consideration?

A small pressure change means a normal touch, a large change (like 3-5) would mean a press and this + normal touch location.

Can this mimic the Huawei / apples force touch screens? Since its almost the same thing, touch location + change in pressure. We could have multiple levels of touch or just 2 levels, a touch and a press!

Touch screen bug? Until i do a call.

Hello.
Im new here, and i have some questions with my L90 D415 fron Tmobile.
When i turn on my phone, the touch is unresponsive, its kinda crazy. And its so hard.to handle the phone, so, when i do a call and then i end, the touch fix.
After any call im able to use my phone well, but when i lock the screen and wake up and unlock, the touch goes crazy again, and i have to do another call to fix it.
I dont know why is this issue, if anybody know anything 'bout this, please tell me some fix...
(Sorry my bad english, i just looking for some help with my phone.)
