Battery drain issues. Can't seem to remedy the issue

I've tried every kernel from arter to noble. Turned off voLTE. You name it. I still get android system, cell standby and Android OS are killing my battery. Anybody have any possible solutions?? I'll mention I haven't went more than 24 hours without flashing another kernel to try an fix the draining. So I haven't let any kernel settle in for 2-3 days since this issue began. I used to get great battery life at one point. And I'm doing nothing different from before. I've always used the same setup and continue to do the same.
