I'm using sxdnickylolly kernel on cm 12.1 on my xperia m and one of the features are double trap to wake which isn't working by default. Anyone knows how to enable it??!
I've updated my nexus 5 to marshmallow 2 days ago, and got a problem. with lollipop I've used app called "screen notifications" to wake my screen whenever I get a notification, but on marshmallow it seems to have compatibility problem. though it wakes the screen, the notification has no sound. I've tried other apps which should do the same, every one of them seem to have the same soundless prob.
any suggestions? I could really use this wake up feature
As I've replaced my Oneplus One to a Oneplus 2 and lost the ambient display option again, I'd like to see your opinion. How is it possible that in 2015 I can't tell my phone with the latest stock version of Android to simply turn the screen on for a short while when a notification comes.
I know I can (and actually I do) install 3rd party applications to do that but why isn't it in the stock version? What's Google's point of view about that? AFAIK the iPhones have always had this feature.
