if i put android rom, will harmony remote work - left , right , enter open apps.

are there any disadvantages?

Note 2 Failed. Cant enter recovery or download mode

Hi All

My Note 2 (7100 International) failed. All i can get is the "Firmware upgrade encountered an error" screen.
Cannot enter download or recovery.
Kies doesn't recognise the phone.
Does connect to Odin but cannot flash ROM or PIT. Odin stops at "Get PIT for mapping"

Please ideas?

Jiayu S3 Advance - Dont enter download mode

Hi everyone,

I try to install new ROM throw SPTool and cannot enter Download Mode. I went through multiple tutorials and nothing worked. I cannot do through recovery because it a great update from Android 4.4 to 5.1.
How can i enter download mode? Is there any button combination to enter? I dont want to enter recovery, I want DOWNLOAD.

Urgent please!!! unable to enter fastboot after wipe partition cache and bot error..

Its been a month my phone sitting quite...

After updating to latest version i decided to wipe partition cache while on the process it showed erasing android bot then restarted and hung on asus logo for nearly an hour so i decided there is some problem and force switched off then after switching on it shows the blinking android error bot.........im unable to enter neither recovery mode nor fastboot mode(when entering it shows for a some seconds waiting fastboot cmd bt then comes again to the normal boot screen)....
Its been nearly a week i went thru various post and tried most of the methods like entering recovery mode thru adb(as im unable to enter fastboot mode it shows in cmd waiting for device) and pressing both buttons same for stock recovery(it shows some lines saying in last line can't mount recovery)
SO CAN SOMEBODY THROW LIGHT ON WHAT EXACTLY NEEDS TO BE DONE TO RECOVER MY PHONE FROM THIS ERROR.... would be grateful and thanks in advance.

I can enter into my SD CARD, but i cant transfer app data to the SD CARD

i mean like, i can play music from the SD Card, i can watch videos, my phone detects the sd card in the options but i cant transfer the app data to the sd card, it says that i dont have enough space left, and i have like 3gb of space left in the sd card

I have the Cyanogenmod 12.1 with the 5.1.1 Lollipop Software
