My truesmart doesnt get recgonized by my computer with windows 10

I bought the Truesmart online and when i got it charged up it came with under the hood with 4.2.2 android,3.4.5 kernel,20140801100312 v2.0 build version,oui 2.1 omate version. I also downloaded these 5 things adbdriver.rar,Bluethooth.zip,MT6572 SW Doc Package.zip,mtpdriver_xp.zip,SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3. 1336.0.198.zip,when i hooked to my computer it didn't show up on it but it only let charge it and no were did it show the watch at all. So i was wondering if the charging case be the problem? or something else can someone give me some help please.
