My Omate Truesmart watch will not regconize on my computer with windows 10

i have downloaded these SW TOOL for the truesmart watch, adbdriver.rar,Bluethooth.zip,MT6572 SW Doc Package.zip,mtpdriver_xp.zip,SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3. 1336.0.198.zip and but i need to know what to do with each one since i dont have any directions for them.....i would really appreciate the help so i can use this watch.
