hi....i"m on 5.1.1 sm-n910W8 variant stock rom....rooted i"m playing to change my data icon with root explorer, with "ro-product.name" and when i edit the line like usual i reboot but it change nothing...just trying to get the att data icon!!! re-checked the edited file in root explorer all is ok but no change???

How to remove User switch icon and extra battery icon from the notification bar?

Good friends, I have a problem reading Sim.
to put the sim in my HTC ONE M8 a message that is not Verizon, then an icon appears above SIM me htc6525lvw Verizon appears to me they are a sign of incognita. Whether you upgrade from 4.4.2 to 5.0.1 and the same icon just keeps popping up, so I can not use my 4g LTE network telephone company, I have another cell of my brother same brand of AT & T 4G rises smoothly. boot loop help for kyocera hydro icon

I really know I screwed up.
I was trying to fix the google app crash that plagues this phones by uninstalling the google play services and installing CM gapps for 4.4.2 .... Well the phone shut down and now its stuck in a bootloop. I tried doing recovery and a factory reset but it's still boot looping. I believe I am now screwed as there is no custom recovery for this device or fast loader or firmware packages... Does anyone have any Ideas? or am I SOOL?

Google Play Services has Stopped CONSTANTLY after full wipe on Kyocera Hydro Icon

Hi everybody.

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Kyocera Hydro Icon from Freedompop.com a few weeks ago. I did a lot of research about it before I bought it, and the first thing I saw was "Kyocera Hydro Icon Certified Pre Owned. Price: 39.99" I clicked on the Pre-Owned link and it said this. "Our Certified Pre-Owned phones are Guaranteed to be in Like New condition because all Freedompop Certified Pre owned phones are Cleaned, Repaired, Sanitized and have been fully wiped, even before they are shipped. Right after I read "Have been fully wiped" I thought "Since this phone is an android phone, they probably deleted Gapps and Google play services while they wiped them. I know that a lot of the google apps and tons of apps on the Google play store (that I'll definitely be using) require google play services to run." I thought about not buying the phone, but it was a really good deal, so I bought it. One week later, I received the phone in the mail and I set it up and updated it. I added my google account and tried to sign in with it in an app, and it said "Unfortunately, Google Play Services has stopped." And it did that EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to sign into an app using my google account, it said "Unfortunately, Google Play Services has stopped." I use my google account more than every day, so I needed to get this fixed as soon as possible, thus Freedompop should really stop wiping their phones THAT much!:(

Red warning sign over a laying android icon, pls help

I rooted my device using CF tool and now its endlessly rebooting and when i tried going into recovery mode a red warning sign over a laying android comes up and after some time it reboots , but every time it just stucked at the start animation.

Is there a way to change the looks of touchwiz's statusbar icons? like getting the stock andriod icons? Would be nice :)

App drawer icon size?

Hello,

I am sorry if I am in the wrong sub, this seemed the most appropriate section but forgive me if I am wrong.

So basically I got this icon pack called "min" (also using Nova Launcher, don't know whether this has anything to do with it, I am very new to customizing), and when I applied the icon pack, my app drawer icon was the same size as my regular icons.

Now suddenly, without changing anything (that I know), my app drawer icon got huge again and I cannot figure out how to change it back to the size of the other icons from the icon pack (I added an image to show you what I mean, it kind of looks ridiculous now haha).

Fingerprint Lock Lock Icon Appears

I have fingerprint lock setup and us regularly. Periodically I'll get this lock icon (shown in the picture) that I have to swipe before I can use my fingerprint to unlock.

No idea how this was setup or what's going on. I've turned swipe on and off, rebooted, wiped cache, but still happening.

Anybody seen this before and if so how did you get rid of it?

Icon not going away

Anyone else on 5.1.1 having an issue with the spen icon in not going away after you put the pen back in? Also the headphones icon doesn't go away when J disconnect headphones.

Samsung i9505 Google search icon issue

Good day, all! I did not find any suggestion on my issue via search, unfortunately.

I just rooted my phone (i9505) some days ago, then I bought Greenify app. After that I noticed that Google search icon in recent applications menu (long press on Home Button) was replaced with big magnifier icon which does not affect usability, but affects the appearance much.

Do anyone have a decision on how could I fix this issue?
