Face unlock, front facing camera crash

Stock N5, running Marshmellow, rooted using Chainfires modified boot.img.

Able to set up face unlock. Seems to work. Front facing camera works fine as well. However a few days later I try to use front facing camera, it locks up, including trying to change face with face unlock. I turn face unlock off and front facing camera is back again.

Anyone else had similar problems?

Selfies distorting face?

Am I losing my mind or do most camera phones do this? When I take a selfie and put my face at the top of the screen it seems to throw my face out of proportion. Makes my head and eyes big and my jaw area look small. When I put myself at the very bottom it makes my jaw area and cheeks seem elongated and bigger.

I think I'm right about this because once I was taking selfies with this girl and i centered my face in the screen. She was a lot shorter than me so her face ended up at the bottom and her face and head looked huge and elongated and she had me take another. This time I centered her face but then mine was at the very top and I looked horrible. The 3rd attempt I just put it in landscape mode and held it far, centered us both and we both looked normal... At least I hope I did.

Im feeling anxiety and depressed about this bcuz I feel like I don't know how I really look.

Moto 360 gym watch face

Hi.

Does any one have a watch face made for gym? One that contain heartbeats counter, timer, digital clock, weather only. All that I found have a lot of useless widgets.

Have to say, they really have set up the cloud well, the only slow down was availability to the simulator nodes. I guess Pebble is getting popular.

Watch face that saves battery!!!

Hey guys,

I have come accross the holy grail for all android wear users.

There are two apps which claim to have battery saving technology implemented within them, they say the use some kind of algorithm that uses less battery or something.

SO I was skeptical at first, but then I downloaded them and tried it out for myself. My Sony smartwatch 3 usually lasts about 2 days, I was really surprised to see that my watch actually lasted around 2.5-3 days when using these watchfaces.

I'm aware XDA don't allow advertising so I wont post links, if you want to find these watchfaces they're called Emerald OS Watch face and Galaxia Watch Face. They're pretty awesome looking and show the battery level too (since they're battery saving oriented). They're also really new (released in the past few days)

My question is, if these guys have figured a way to make the battery last longer why haven't other developers used similar techniques, Maybe we could contact the company and ask them how they did it?

for anyone skeptical I would really recommend downloading one of the apps and trying it out for yourself.
