I have downloaded and created a pre-rooted firmware flashable over XZDualRecovery for the firmware version (23.4.A.1.200). The firmware is based on the UK region and contains the SuperSU (v2.46) and XZDualRecovery (v2.8.21) along with BetterBatteryStats apk.
I have tested this firmware with my Xperia Z3TC (German model) and works fine. Few things I have observed,

I also have a 23.4.A.1.232_R1C firmware based on the Benelux region in the shared folder. However, I am yet to test it out. I have created this flashable zip in the same way as the .200 release, so it should be fine. Please proceed with caution.
Note: Your warranty maybe void after flashing this firmware. I am not responsible for any possible damages to your device on installing this firmware.

I have tested this firmware with my Xperia Z3TC (German model) and works fine. Few things I have observed,
- On installing this firmware, I saw a freeing of more than 500 MB from my internal storage.
- On the first boot it updated the NFC firmware
- There were two unnecessary apps installed - Kobo books and NeoReader, but those can easily be uninstalled.
- Battery life remains the same as I saw in the .546 and .570 release. It is fine for me.
