swap internal memory with sdcard or something on cm 12.1?

Im on D620 with last stable build of cm21.1 by nikita!
is there any solution for internal memory? or by any change your app data like whatsapp, fb, soundcloud can b placed on sd?
looking forward to suggestions, thankyou.

LCD swap SM-T807 to SM-T800

Can you take a working screen & digitizer from a SM-T807 and install it on a SM-T800 tablet?

Button swap mod for 6.0?

Only reason I'm hesitating to upgrade is because I'm unsure if someone will make this. What do you guys think?
