NOOB to Note 4, on OF5 with starter questions

Hello everyone, just picked up a note 4 and was wondering if i could get guided into the right direction.

Am hoping to install a custom rom, seeing as how my about me says that I am on OF5 I can root and install TWRP through ODIn via the instructions posted on galaxynote4root.com ?

If I want to use features such as S Note, sign pdfs, and have the thimbprint reader I assume I need to run a touchwiz custom rom? It was like that for the Note 2. Any guidance towards slimmed out roms? On my old S3 I was on darkslim and would love to find something of a fast and stable rom that can be themed entirely black while using the extra features of the note that are actually useful.

If I want to use viper audio does that lock me into aosp or touchwiz specifically?

From the little I have browsed so far, the NOTERIZED rom looks to be the one?
Other things that slightly stood out would be Hybrid-x, obar,SOKP?

What is the deal with 5.1.1? Something about a locked bootloader that forces use to run a custom kernel?Do I not have to worry about that because of OF5? Am I slightly screwed because I'm not on OB7? There's issues such as no wifi calling? Would this affect sprint spark? I'm in an area where this is available. ..

Any other suggestions? Are my desires too contradictory? Btw is there anything that allows me to have my wallpapers change everyday? I'm currently using AllianceRom for my note 2 and there is a feature in which the colors of my theme change everyday...

Would really appreciate any and all help.
Lastly, thanks again for reading this far.

-Bryan

Help:Can't get my mxpe activated on Verizon prepaid with sim starter pack.

Yesterday I bought a starter pack from Verizon prepaid to get a sim card because my last phone didn't use a Sim. So I go to the store to get help activating it. They told me that I'd need to call cs because they didn't provide support for prepaid. So I called & everything went well until the tech had me to restart the phone & try o make a call. All I got was a notice to reboot my phone because there was an error. So the cs guy transferred me to tech support where I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with a lady that wasn't able to get the phone working. She kept telling me the phone wasnt in the system, even though the 1st guy added it with no problem. She then wrote up a ticket to escalate the issue to an advanced department & says they should figure something out in 48hrs. In the meantime I asked if I whould be credited these 3 days that I paid for & won't actually have service, answer: no. Smh.

Additional info my phone now shows the Verizon network & level of service in status bar. However it sometimes says no sim, emergency calls only.

If anyone has any suggestions at all as to what I can do or say to them to get this fixed it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

HTC HD2 T-mobile starter guide?

Hi, I'm new to this forum, as i've just got an old hd2, and start to play around with it.
Now i know all the "search before asking" stuffs, but the problem is that: my hd2 is now on android (4.4.4, cm version: 11.0-M9-leo), and the some parts of phone has been replaced that even the imei on the backside and in the firmware doesnt match, and on the phone there is no tmobile logo at all.
I want to put it back to wm6.5, and to learn to install android all over again, but as i read about hd2 someone say that flash normal wm fw on a tmus hd2 would brick the phone
I want to ask: how to clearly verify what version of hd2 i'm using now, and with that in mind maybe going back to wm would be easier :)
And also my reset button is not red, so maybe it tmus then, but i wanna know for sure since it involved bricking risk
