Any way to rerun the setupwizard on my Nexus 6 without wiping data?

Long story short I was having issues running backup in TWRP. I was getting a E: createTarFork() process ended with ERROR=255

So I decided to risk a dirty flash and lost all my configuration and some of my apps. Yes, I made a mistake.

What I want to do is have the option that is available when I first setup the device to run an old backup from Googles servers. How do I do this?

Stuck on setupwizard and I cannot press Next button

My phone stuck on setupwizard after I wiped data/factory reset. The Next button is gray and doesn't work. Does anyone can solve this? Thanks in advance:)
